Our wines are made the natural way: in small, sustainably farmed batches with nothing added to artificially preserve, or augment the taste. There’s no need. Our grapes are carefully sourced for taste, so once they hit the barrels, we let them do their thing with minimal intervention. It’s not the only way to make wine, but it’s the Usual way.
Great grapes or go home
The first, and most crucial, step in making a great wine is selecting great grapes. Our Rosé consists of grape varieties that are classic to France, but best suited to grow in the Golden State.
Soil is quite literally the foundational element to everything we do. Healthy soil makes for thriving vines, but it can also add nuances to taste.
Love the rosé and sparkling rosé. Just the right amount of sweetness, and the sparkling is not overly carbonated.
I can’t say I have been a long time rose’ fan but I am now!! No kidding it’s a great all around wine with no headache or added sugar just smooth taste. Cheers!
The bottles arrived very hot because considering it was over 95 degrees out and they were not refrigerated or in a cooling bag. Two bottles were in the pack were shattered and so box was soaked.

I really have enjoyed each item you have but the Rose’ is the nicest summer day drink. I made a sangria with it, flavored with ginger, raspberries, St. Germaine, mint. Wonderful!
