I absolutely love usual. I was a club member at one point but they do not Give you incentive or gifts. Other wine companies do. It is expensive and they did away with coupon codes as well. They should revisit this.
I’m so sad. I’ve been trying to get my subscription wine. I get emails it’s coming from Belynda and then it doesn’t come. I love their Brute. I’ve been drinking it for years now. I even tried calling and it wouldn’t let me through. I’m very unhappy. I hope they can get this straightened out. I wonder even if they will see this. I’d love to talk to someone.
The choices at Usual hit the bullseye everytime! we love the reds, set some up for out party at home and everyone loved the Erlenmeyer flask shaped bottles....it was a good time had by all..everyone asked 'where you get this awesome wine with an even awesomer bottle?"
went through 3 cases in no time...had to go into boring ole shaped bottles...means we need to replenish the inventory...coming at ya Usual Wines!
I’ve been ordering the red for several years. They have always answered my email or texts. Now I can’t get ANYONE to respond to my questions. After waiting for the wine to begin shipping again, then UPS contacted me and said it was damaged in shipment. Ugh! Will I be getting another shipment sent out or a credit?
I received my last shipment, opened it to find a bottle of the Pinot Gris was broken.
I’ll be ordering more next month.
It's been 6 hours since I ordered a large volume and I haven't gotten an email confirmation from them saying they received my order, let alone, when the projected delivery date will be. Being the first time using them, I don't have any confidence that they are a legitimate business. This is unprofessional and doesn't project confidence to the consumer. I'm highly unimpressed and extremely skeptical of this company.

3rd year in a row I bought him a box for his Dec birthday. Each year there’s a new wine for that month but he loves every Red that’s come out and I’m so happy to have purchased the Grenache 💖
I’m already a fan of the rosè and Sauvignon blanc…perfect serving size, easy ordering. I did not expect to love the Reserve as much as I do. Tobacco and oak - strong! Wish I’d have ordered more.

The taste is bold, crisp, and refreshing, just as any good bottle of wine should be.
I can enjoy a glass of wine without any regrets (great taste no sugar).
I ordered the 24 bottles variety flavors, but received only one flavor. So I can't write a positive review until I have the opportunity to try all flavors.
The only thing I didn't like is that I thought 12 glasses would mean 12 different flavors; not 6 flavors x 2 each. Also, them coming in boxes of 6 each makes it less attractive giving as a gift if you want to give 12 to someone. Bottles are super cute though.
Super easy and convenient for wine and champagne options on the go. We live at the beach and these gems have made sunsets on the beach a big hit with our family and friends. Highly recommend all flavors!
Unfortunately I haven’t had my order or confirmation saying it is getting ready to ship . I have e mailed twice and the company responded saying it would be shipped and I would be getting an email . With the cost of the product it should have shipped by now. I placed the order November 9th . My first order of six bottles came quickly and it was great wine. Not sure what is happening with this order . I would have liked to continue with this company now I’m not sure .....

This is the best!! Ordered the mix kit as I wanted to try all of them- arrived 3 days later! I live in San Diego- love the packaging and the bottles and only tried the red but its great! I'm a person who likes to avoid extra sugar so this product caught my eye. I love the one (large) glass portion. If I open a bottle I usually can drink most of it lol so this is perfect! I texted the company with a few questions and immediately got a personal response. Love this! Ordering a set for two of my good friends :-)

Was sooooo excited to see your Rosé is now available with bubbles and it did not disappoint. Your wine has singlehandedly gotten me through quarantine and I am so excited about the new Brut Rosé. It's equally delightful and chuggable, I can't wait to drink this all summer long.
Couldn't be happier with this wine. The red is bold and definitely a new favorite. The rose is also delightful. I am not a big brut drinker, but having this on hand over the summer for cocktails will be nice, especially since I seldom have occasion to open an entire bottle of sparkling wine. Looking forward to future shipments!
I really enjoy the brut and the rose. Both are very refreshing - sometimes I combine a little of each for a sparkling rose. Yum! I wish you would offer your delicious wines in a larger bottle size please. Five stars for the wine minus one for the bottles. (At least they are glass and recyclable.)
Love all three types and perfect if you just want one glass. Just ordered my 2nd case. The bottles are adorable. Can’t wait till post Coronavirus, to share Usual with friends.
