What are the details of your Cyber Week sale?

Our Cyber Week offer is valid from 11/23/2020-11/30/2020. The discount is automatically applied at checkout on orders of 12+bottles.  The offer is not valid on The Usual Club subscription products, Usual Reserve, or Usual Spritz. The offer is not applicable to past purchases. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Virginia.

Is an adult signature required at delivery?

Yes. Since it is an alcohol, an in-person signature of someone 21 years of age or older is required at delivery.  A government issued ID card will be checked at the time of delivery. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes.

Can I pick up a delivery due to the adult signature requirement?

Absolutely! We ship via both FedEx and UPS, so you can can contact the shipper once your order is on it's way and request to have your package held at a one of their locations and pickup at your own convenience. 

How do I place an order?

Ordering from Usual is simple. You can choose red, rosé or brut, and then add to cart. You do not need to create an account to checkout, but it does make the re-ordering process easier. Be sure to send your wines to an address where someone 21+ will be available to sign. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Can I buy your wines in store?

If you're located in the Los Angeles area, you can find us at Hi-Lo Liquor Market, 8582 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA.

Check back regularly as we expand to new stores. 

Can I try your wines first before I buy?

We partner regularly with best-in-class brands for partnerships and events. Follow our Instagram for more info on upcoming partnerships and events.

How do your monthly plans work?

Looking to receive Usual Wines every month? You can sign up for monthly shipments of our Red, Rosé, Brut or the Mixed Pack. Shipments are automatically processed every 30 days from your sign up date and are available in quantities of 6, 12, 18 or 24 glasses for the Red, Rosé or Brut, and 12 and 24 glasses for the Mixed Pack.  Monthly Plans receive a 17% discount off each shipment and require a two month minimum commitment (so that you receive 2 shipments). You can cancel anytime after your first two shipments directly on your account page or by emailing hello@usualwines.com.

My shipment was damaged. What now?

Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at hello@usualwines.com with an image of the damage and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you replacement product free of charge. Please note that for canned beverages, we are unable to replace cans that are dented during transit.

What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

Our bottles are made of high-quality beverage-grade glass and are fully recyclable.
