Is there an order minimum for the bulk order program?
Yes, to qualify for the bulk order program there is a 120 glass minimum.
Can I customize the bottles?
No, customization is not available. However, you may add a personalized gift message for each shipment (up to 100 characters).
Which wines are available for bulk ordering?
Any of our current products are available for bulk ordering, depending on availability. At current, we have Red, Rose, Brut, Brut Rose, Grenache, Pinot Gris, Mixed Pack, and the Chrismukkah Collection.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in all states?
Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah and Vermont. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
All shipments require an adult signature at delivery.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Once payment is received, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days in transit for ground shipping. We also offer 2-day and Overnight shipping. Once your order ships, a member of the bulk order team will email you with tracking information.
